Why can't I see all of my contacts via the app?

The T5s app will allow you to see contacts for whom you have a UK mobile number only.  If you can't see all of these contacts in the T5s iOS app, there's an easy solution...

- visit Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars

scroll down to the Contacts section, and click on Default Account

- change the default account to "iCloud", then kill and re-open the T5s app

If this doesn't work, try ensuring that the number for the contacts who aren't showing are listed in your main contacts under "mobile", rather than home or work.
